I was at Pilates by Linda for many years 2-3 times a week with Regina, Karen and a now gone, Elle. These instructors are fine. But Linda - wow. What a problem When I only wanted one class per week, first she told me I had to forfeit my money for unused classes -then she told me she would refund me because, "if you cannot support me, take your mat and gloves and leave." She then accused me of "disrespecting" her equipment - she has used junk equipment that breaks and then she blames the person using the equipment and talks about them to other people. She saw me talking to another client outside and accused me of talking about her behind her back. It was not true but now - I am telling people of my terrible experience. One time I was in a 2 person class and the other person didn't show up. Linda told me to either pay for a private or leave - Believe me, this is a toxic situation and that is my opinion after all this bad experience. I am at a wonderful studio now with quality equipment and professional people.

Wonderful experience of being introduced to pilates. Staff is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I highly recommend it.
