This provider is unethical, rude, rough, and most importantly not safe. Be very careful, especially if you are a workman comp patient. Your best bet is to avoid altogether

Disregarded my limitations and stretched me beyond my ability post surgery causing severe pain and possible injury. Set me back weeks in my recovery with new PT.
