I would under no circumstances ever recommend this insurance agent to anyone. I would scream from the rooftop if I could about how terrible they were if it saved even one person from going there. Whenever I go in for my insurance questions they are usually friendly, but I'm never overly impressed. What a waste! I wish I hadn't bothered to spend the time and money on this appointment. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. They didn't even notice I walked in. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A POLICY BUT IM PAYING EVERY MONTH...I NEVER GET CONTACTED BY AN AGENT AND HAVE TO CALL SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE SOMEONE ANSWERS THE PHONE..YOU CANT LOOK UP POLICY ONLINE OR PAY ONLINE NOR DO YOU GET A BILL IN THE MAIL, YOU HAVE TO CALL EVERY MONTH TO MAKE A PAYMENT..PISS POOR COMPANY I WOULD CANCEL MY POLICY IF I HADNT HAD IT SO LONG

They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. It would have saved me a lot of time and frustration if I had never gone here. I will never recommend them to others and save them the hassle that I had to go through. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me.

I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A POLICY EVEN THOUGH I HAVE MADE PAYMENTS EVERY MONTH, THIS COMPANY HAS NOTHING ONLINE FOR PAMENTS OR POLICY INFORMATION, I NEVER GET A BILL OR CONTACT FROM AN AGENT, I TRY TO CALL THE OFFICE TO MAKE A PAYMENT AND NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE IT TAKE ME SEVERAL DAYS TO GET SOMEONE, IF I DONT REMEBER TO CALL EVERY MONTH TO MAKE A PAYMENT I GET NO NOTIFICATION WHAT SO EVER
