1st visit, spent 5 hours as they leisurely went about other business. I had an appointment. 2nd visit, I had an appointment again, spent 3 hours. No treatment either visit.

1st visit they sold me over $100 of supplements that they claimed would remove my pain. No it did not.

2nd visit, I had both Langstons do a hard sell on me for 'health' products they sell. I kept telling them I couldn't afford it. Their 'treatment plan' of just their health products amounted to 50% of my annual gross income. I kept trying to explain, but they were repeatedly 'deaf'.

They showed me an x-ray, supposedly of me, showing that my heart took up my entire chest cavity, & that their products and plans would reduce that grossly enlarged heart. I thought what they called my heart, looked just like my lungs! I do have multiple degrees, am highly educated.

They repeatedly promised their supplements, vitamins, specialized products, plans would reverse my need to have both knee joints completely replaced, and "we'll have you running again in just months".

It reminded me of the old-time snake oil sales wagon that preyed upon naïve, rural, pioneers.

Dr Langston kept telling me he used to be a pharmacist, so I could trust his word. To me, it's like just because someone gets through an .education, doesn't necessarily translate that the education & ethics got through them.

Langston made a point of telling everyone else that he previously held a real estate license, so he knew what he was doing. I have also been a licensed real estate agent, & successful property manager. So what does that have to do with getting a chiropractic adjustment?

I found a wonderful & high competent chiropractor who repeatedly tried to get my 'records' from Langston to no avail. My signed, completed records authorization to get any 'records' from Langston to my new chiropractor were, & continue to be ignored by Langston.

I would provide an honest -5 Star rating for Langston's shop if it was available. By no definition did, or do they practice chiropractic medicine as I have always known it for decades.

The Langston's are very impressed with themselves, make their own rules, claim to be Christians, but you wouldn't know it by their actions, choices, words.

I would trust a used car salesman before these people. It's a fancy hustle.
