They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I will return only because it is closer to my home than either of the GNC stores. It isn't the same since Hazel left. In fact once I walked in soon after she had gone and heart them saying nasty things about her. I actually confronted them about it. She was the only knowledgable one in the bunch. I have only been back once or twice in all these years, and and rely on Amazon for my needs most of the time.
