The head of house hold needs to be 62 years or older and fall into the income guidelines of $26,200.00 for a single adult and $29,950.00 for a couple.

Rent is based on income (HUD subsidized and is calculated at 30% of adjusted gross income) Heat, water, sewer and garbage are included in the rent. Cable is optional. Coin operated laundry on each floor. Located near shopping. Busses are available for transport (at an additional fee) to shopping.

Christian Life Retirement Center
Christian Life Retirement Center is a HUD subsidized apartments for seniors. We have 59 units here all 1 bedroom. Each unit is fully equipped (refrigerator, stove). All bathrooms have walk in showers and grab bars through out. We are a residential housing property only which means we do not have any supportive services (Meal program, house keeping or medical staff.) The building has a secure entrance. We are pet friendly, have an on-site beauty shop, library, management, resident service coordinator and maintenance.
