I got an appointment quickly and they fielded my questions without asking me a whole bunch of annoying sales probing questions back. I've never had to wait too long. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff never made me feel stupid for calling. The atmosphere was great and everyone dressed professionally; the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They are so kind and caring, and they even met with us after hours and accommodated us with little notice. Their facility was very nice - one of the nicer and classier places I've ever visited like this. Their dining facility and menu was outstanding and the chef was great. I've recommended them time and time again because they seem to be very first rate to me and we are considering moving in to the facility in the near future

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

The staff was incredible, always helpful and caring about what was going on in Mom's life. The housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping her apartment in shape, Erin and Vicki were accessible and always willing to take time to visit with me if we had an issue. The activities were well-planned and varied in scope. I'm so glad we chose Kendallwood Hills Estates for Mom's final years.
