I really can't say how bad this place is, but terrible services.nobody seems to know whats going on, once a week bath?, terrible food, left to take care of hubby, my mom is being billed 5608.80 a mth, and has no care plan for herself they tell me. they have no $ left from ss, they let my mom go for yrs, without contacting a doc, she now had breast removed . soiled sheets, in the dark. they let her take care of hubbys needs because she wants to?. I'm planning a move for them since I just came back in the pic. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE OR EVEN SOMEONE YOU HATE HERE!!!!. oh they sent me home with meds before surgery out of bottle w/ no instuctions. please close this place for others.

Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. I couldn't believe that I wasn't able to get a single one of my questions when I was there. It seemed like everyone working there had no idea what they were doing. Im a past employee of farmington square.I worked there for many miserable years. I dont not recomend you bring any of your family members here, be it your mother, father,sister or brother. They are the worst company i have ever worked for,there management (RCM and administrator)absolutly horriable.They are the most uncaring, unorganized and most of all rude people i have ever met.There food is disgusting,and when potenial residents and family come to taste there food they make special plates up that is nothing like the food they serve to the residents, to make u beleive that thats what ur family will be eating. The corporate dont give a damn about there resident nor do they care about there employees all they care about is to make money, not the well being of the familys loved ones. if you are to think of bring your family members to here i addvise you to stop and rethink you dession. On more thing is the money you pay for your loved one to be there does not go to there,it goes in to the administrator pocket!
