I was up ALL night, trying to contact ParkView staff in order to set up a call to my brother Gil. The ONLY phone # I found on their webpage was for the business / booking agency, at 866 344-4946.

They returned my call, but were Not At All interested in helping me contact staff or my critically ill brother Gil Roundy in hospice, or his wife Shurlene Roundy, Both of whom are in Assisted Living at ParkView.
...My planned call to my Brother Could have been the last time I could Ever speak with him.

I felt frustrated. Perhaps Staff do Not want Any phone calls? Else they might include a phone number in their online page or leave instructions with their agency for giving me a phone number?
