i have a birth defect on my face..the nurse practioner who saw me...didn't spend no more than 5 minutes with me.... my complaint was ear canal hurting behind the ear under the ear....down my throat...hurts when i swallow...now it is ongoing pain and doesn't stop...she didn't look up my nose....didn't look in my mouth cause of rotten teeth i have.... she acted like she didn't want to touch me...like she was going to get something from the way i looked....she didn't do anything but look in my ear and listen to my heart....she said i had wax build up....my nose is not draining...my ears are not stopped up....wax build up does not cause my glands to hurt down my throat....i have an infection...she would not answer any of my questions...she just kept arguing with me and telling me im wrong....with me the way i get sick.... i know when i have an infection.... no one not even a doctor knows my body better than myself....same goes for everyone else....i have tumors on my brain....tumors in my sinus cavities...i felt very offended by the way they treated me....they printed out my paper work....gave it to the nurse they checked me in took me to the back and didn't take my insurance....they looked at me and i was done in 10 minutes....
