I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They're always available to answer simple questions over the phone. I have always been able to make an appointment when a situation arises and I need to see a doctor right away. The kennels and holding area for pets were very clean, I would recommend them for sure if you need to leave your pet for a few days. From what I could see, they seem to make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
