They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Dr. Blotter and his staff have taken care of two dogs of mine (female Pitbull & male Scottish Terrier) that pasted away at 14 & 17 years of age, and now my new dogs (female Scottish Terrier & female Shar Labrador). Always kind, inexpensive and provide great treatment with options. Office is always clean and the staff is helpful and nice.
