These folks are awesome!  Not only do they have a separate waiting area for cats but the nurse explained to me that they have special ways of handling them so that they are more comfortable during a vet visit. Reading the other reviews I feel kind of sorry for PETPAL.  I'm really not sure what they are talking about.  Not only do I get shot reminders in the mail but I also receive email reminders and phone and text confirmations for appointments!! The staff was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. They encouraged me to go to their website and access their online library or to call or email with any questions I have at home. They even called to check up on my sick kitty and make sure she was doing ok with taking her meds.
