I've taken two pets here and will never be back. My dog did not receive the examination I feel he should have had at his annual check-up, nor were his vaccinations appropriately updated (I have since taken him to another vet for a second exam and his proper shots). Instead of checking the lumps on my senior dog, the vet obsessed about his teeth (which are in great condition).

More upsetting, when my cat became very ill, I brought him in for tests, which I knew would be expensive, but I had a good idea of what to expect. What I didn't expect was the vet taking my cat into the back room for nearly 40 minutes with no explanation while making me sit in the waiting room listening to talk radio. I was starting to think they had accidentally euthanized him, they called me back into the exam room where I was told they had run extra tests (including an eye exam?!?) that I did not authorize. Two weeks later, with no response or follow up from the vet, I called with great concern on a Friday at 3:00 pm because the cat was declining quickly and I wanted to ask the doctor some questions. I was told he would call me back. He never did. He acted surprised to see me the following Monday morning when we showed up to have our cat euthanized (we tried to take the cat somewhere else, but those clinics were booked). The vet then tried to take my cat out of the room again to prepare him for euthanasia because he "prefers to do it that way," even though I was assured on the phone that we would be allowed to stay with our cat the whole time. I refused to let the cat leave the room. We never received a receipt for this procedure or a copy of the "permission to euthanize" form. I would never bring another animal here and would not recommend this vet to anyone.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
