I was left in the appointment room by myself, but the doctor came in a reasonable amount of time. My doctor does not wear perfume, so odors are not a problem. Last time they were so busy they forgot to take my blood pressure, so there was really no time to talk about anything. I go semi-annually though so I am comfortable doing my own research about any treatments that I need. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait longer than 45 min. to see the doctor when I have an appointment. It is difficult to pay any billed charges with a reimbursement account because the billing department phone only goes to voice mail and you can't use a credit card by mail. Other than that though, they provide a reliable service.
