I came here for lab work for florida cleveland clinic, I had doctor orders for blood work. I was refused because of electronic work order with signature. I offered them to give my mychart information. But they did not accepted that either. When i asked to talk to supervisor , I was told that supervisor will not be in office till 10 am. I was wondering in this electronic age why we are going back in time.
There were no other patients in office except me. Desk staff didn't even bothered to give call to cleveland clinic to find resolution . I called clinic personally and had them fax work order. Almost wated my 3 hrs
Really disappointed with service.
