Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. The prescription that they gave me for my glasses was completely wrong. I had horrible headaches for weeks until it was fixed. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed.
