They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I was pleased with the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible musime waiting. If you are looking for a veterinarian that goes above and beyond, look no further. They offer after-hour services for any emergency cesarian sections and will not hesitate meeting patients at the clinic rather than making them go to an emergency center where they know nobody. It is so reassuring to know that if I need them, they will be there for me.

They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. They didn't really seem to be overly friendly to my pet. My pet didn't appear frightened, but I wasn't overly impressed. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
