I was left in the appointment room by myself, but never for long. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they make time for my family when a sudden illness/injury/question occur. They are extremely reliable. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right on 42nd street and very easy to get to. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The PA is always willingly to explain things to me before the doctor even comes in so I can concentrate on the really important things with him.
