I had a Terrier that had a seizure. I brought her in around 11:30 pm and at around 2:30 am they brought her back and kept her for monitoring and put her on fluids. They charged $450 initially. I returned at 7:30 am that same morning and they charged me another $450 when I picked her up with no real medical treatment. I felt so bad for my dog that I left her. I took her to my normal veterinarian who indicated she had a brain tumor or meningitis and treatment began with steroids. She survived 3 more months with seizures occurring every 11 days. I brought her to Carolina Veterinary Services several times without spending $900 for several hours there. I felt After Hours GUILFORD College Animal Hospital preyed upon my concern for my pet in knowing I would spend whatever I could to alleviate her pain and provide her proper treatment. They did nothing for her and I’ll never go back there with any other pet.

The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful. This veterinarian was so incredibly compassionate when my pet was sick. They consoled me when I was upset and even gave me a hug. I have had pets all my life and have never found a veterinary office this good. There is no fear of your pet going hungry or thirsty here because food and water are always made available for them. They have bowls all over the office just in case your pet decides it needs a quick nibble of food or sip of water. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose.

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service
