Dr. Clouatre completed his medical degree at Louisiana State University School of Medicine in 1993, subsequently completing an Obstetrics & Gynecologic Surgery internship and residency in 1997 at LSU Medical Center in Shreveport, Louisiana. “My wonderful wife, Patsy, and I have been married for 33 years and have four children – Erin, Amy, Chelsea and Christopher. They all live in Northwest Arkansas except Chelsea. She and her new husband live in Conway where she attends UCA and is majoring in nursing (just like her Mother). Erin and her husband, Nika, have two children, Alexis and Kirsten. Amy and her husband, Jeff, have one child, Elijah. Christopher is attending the U of A, majoring in Music Education and participates in the Razorback Marching Band. We attend New Hope Fellowship Baptist Church in Springdale. I am on the Pastor’s Advisory Council and on the Board of Directors for House of Hope, our church’s homeless shelter. I also am the Medical Director for Loving Choices, a anti-abortion clinic. In my spare time I love playing with our grandchildren, woodworking, working in my yard and traveling (if we ever get any free time). OK, yes, we moved here from Louisiana in 1997 but please forgive me, I’m still an LSU fan.”

Dr Clouarte is absolutely the best OB around, hands down. He has amazing bed side manner and does his job in a timely and professional manner. He makes me feel comfortable during each of my visits and he literally saved my moms life when another doctor knocked her artery during her hysterectomy. If I could, I’d give him a million star review.
