I loved the staff. I started going on Oct 19 and received my first injection. It was great I never felt any pain afterwards. Then I went in Nov and received my second injections even though I was not in any pain and had not taken any pain medicine since my first injection. I was doing great and then they called me and told me I needed to go to the clinic in Louisville, normally I go to Floyd Memorial, they told me I was going to get a radio frequency procedure. The only thing I was told about this procedure was that it was a once in a life time injection and I had to go to Louisville because Floyd Memorial didnt have the machine. So I go and I told the dr that he had given me the best two months that I have had in three yrs. So I get the procedure and from the time I left there I started having pain but I thought it might be the injection site or they did say it would take two weeks to feel the effects. But as time went on my old pain came back as well as pain on the right side and in the last two weeks pain has started up my spine and around my shoulder blade into my shoulder and down the back of my arm and down to my hand with tingling and numbness in my fingers. My hand is partially numb. I did call the dr when the pain started and he wasnt sure why I had it and call after the holidays. When the symptoms worsened and more symptoms became worse, I called my family physician. I also called my insurance company to talk and get signed up with a nurse case manager because I need help. I did not no where to turn. I dont understand why I was given the last injections when I was feeling no pain and was not even on pain meds. Now I am worse off than I was before. I dont understand. Please explain. I have a follow up appt. in Feb but I am cancelling because not only did this cost thousands of dollars, I am worse.
