Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. Dr Simmons needs to develop better people skills. One visit, he implied that I couldn't read correctly. On another occasion, he implied I was being cheap because I didn't want to spend money on a procedure Dr. Harris had tried several times without any positive results. Had Dr Simmons read the charts before seeing my pet, maybe he would have seen their history.
