Dr. Palmer has been treating our dog, Pippin, and our donkeys, Rose and Heather, ever since we moved to Andover. She is absolutely wonderful with animals, and takes great care of our pets. About three years ago, Pippin developed canine diabetes - Dr. Palmer taught my husband and me how to tend to his new needs. Before the diagnosis, we thought our little friend was dying, but thanks to Dr. P's care and instruction, Pippin not only recovered, but rallied! I can see how much she loves her patients. Once when Pippin became very ill during the night, we called for advice at about 9:00 PM - not only did she call us back right away, but she checked in on us at about midnight to see how he was doing and urged us to call ANYTIME if he seemed worse... I can't remember a human doctor ever doing anything like this for me!

They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I have never seen my pets so calm at the veterinarian before. They really seem to have such a gift with animals here.
