They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
