I PURCHASED A HORSE FROM THE SALIDA AREA AND DR. RIFF FROM MOUNTAIN SHADOWS WAS CONTRACTED TO DO A PRE PURCHASE EXAM. AS A OUT OF TOWN BUYER, I REQUESTED THAT DR. RIFF CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW HOW THE TESTS AND X RAYS LOOKED.

MY FRIEND AND I CALLED HIM MANY TIMES AND HE NEVER CALLED US BACK. HE TOLD THE OWNER OF THE HORSE THAT EVERYTHING LOOKED FINE BUT WOULD NOT SPEAK WITH US. I WAS BILLED $445 FOR THE EXAM. THE SELLER OF THE HORSE FINALL HAD TO GET THE XRAYS FROM DR RIFF HIMSELF. THE XRAYS WERE IN POOR CONDITION FROM BEING IN DR RIFF'S TRUCK. I HAVE NEVER PAID FOR A MORE UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE IN MY LIFE.
