They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly but I find it veryunprofessional for a receptionist to give a client updates? That should be done by the Dr. or nurse. There was no "go home" instructions and I feel that the hospital overall is mainly concerned with minor, routine procedures like vaccinations and do NOT practice Veterinary Medicine. My mothers dog was having continuous seizures and no one bothered to call her for updates throughout the day or give proper instructions for going home. There was very little medicine practiced, the dog was simply given sedatives throughout the day and sent home. This hospital is not equipped or prepared for medical emergencies or any type of major medical problem/condition. I would not recommend unless you simply need yearly shots.
