They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement.

I came away unsatisfied with the treatment and lack of proper diagnosis. (Dr.) MR. Heikkenen appears to be one of those that if he cannot diagnose a disorder adequately he tends to blame it on the patient. He cannot figure it out so it becomes much easier to blame the patient than be self-critical.

As far as I'm concerned , he's a wanna -
be physician.
