They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Myshka has been real great to me and my family. I went to see her about five years ago after having pain in my lower back and both of my legs went numb and after seeing her building on the road. And someone hounding me to go to the doctor I stopped in and see if she could help. I have my ups and downs with my back for years before going to her office. She is real good at what she does on both the physical and knowledge aspect of her line of work. Mitch S. Jonesboro

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. This provider has helpful information available online, but its hard to find. I wish they had more of an online presence. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship.
