I've been coming here for years and years and still come even after my doctor left. The doctors and nurses are great. I just wish they would do something about the hold time to make an appointment. It's just terrible. I waited one time for 17 minutes just to get to someone to be told that they had no same day appointments. I work during the day so to be on hold that long while I'm at work is not a good thing. There should be either more people taking the calls or more phone lines to handle the calls. If I didn't like my doctor as much as I do, I would go to a different center.

I've been coming to this center for years and I love the doctors. The office staff is very friendly as well. If they could do something about the wait time that you deal with when calling the office, that would make it a 5 star center. The on hold time is at least 16 minutes and longer. They need to do something to improve this. It's so frustrating being on hold that long especially when you are at work and trying to make an appointment. If it wasn't for the great doctors there I would go to a different office.
