It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.
