I have dealt with this agency for three years now and it has been a nightmare from almost the word go. Despite laws governing the dissemination of information in a respectful manner I have ended up having to call Madison, Wisconsin to the State Dept. of Health instead. Due to a policy that state and county agencies phone numbers are blocked from caller ID if you have anonymous call blocking you won't receive a return call from them. At no time in the first two years I was here was I ever told this. Even after asking the director of the agency here in Dunn County why no calls were being returned. I again had to call Madison for an explanation. When I removed the block from my phone for the next appointment I got a smug, condescending remark about having not doing myself any service with call blocking. I wanted to smack the witch in the mouth but refrained. Later I called in a a report on raw sewage being pumped and dumped onto a neighbor's lot while they were out of town. I left a detailed message lasting four minutes. No return call and no investigation was pursued. The sewage remained on the neighbor's lot for over three months. I would have given this agency a lower rating but one was the lowest available.
