The vets were asked to see if my cat Telly had blockage in his urinary tract. They said he was fine. I went and paid my bills which I was holding off on doing until I found out if he was okay. A week later my baby could not walk down the stairs and he began to cry. I rushed him in and I was stressed because I lost my bichon a couple months before and made a grievous mistake by telling them I only had 275 on my care credit card. They euthanized him.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.
