They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
