Thanks to their exceptional level of care that they always offer here my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives. My pets have never been misdiagnosed and I strongly recommend them to anyone who loves their pets. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Their pricing seemed to me to be a little overpriced. I just don't see how some of these simple procedures could cost so much. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands.
