I went once and will never go back. The following day I called my insurance company and PCP to get a referral to someone else. They have questionable office policies that discourage patients from being involved in their care. Patients are not allowed to call them to follow up on lab work, and they will only call you if something is wrong. I prefer to be actively involved in my health. Staff were wearing flip-flop shoes in the blood draw room. The furniture was rundown and had holes or was "fixed" with tape. Pictures on the walls were faded and hung crooked. The floor in the examination room was badly scuffed and appeared to need swept. There was what appeared to be blood spattered on the back of the examination room door and wall. The examination room lacked a sink/hand washing station, so as a patient, I had no idea when the nurse last washed her hands. The roll of paper used to cover the examination table was on the floor. I was referred to see a specialist for my condition, and instead saw a nurse practioner. Finally, the amount they charged for their services grossly exeeded the allowable amount, and comparably exceeds what other offices charge for nurse practioners.
