Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. Dr. Jean's receptionis is extremely rude. I'm considering switching doctors because of her rudeness. It's not just a bad day, she's this way every time and on the phone.
