They murdered my sweet little YOUNG dog by removing 3 teeth when supposedly just cleaning his teeth. Watch out these guys murder. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. They murdered my dog while supposedly cleaning his teeth. Do not use these awful people

Do not leave your pets at Bloomington Veterinary Hospital for boarding! We left our two cats there for a week. One of them was quite old and in failing health. We boarded him with the vet so he would get medical care, and we left specific instructions for them to give him IV fluids if he dehydrated. When we picked them up, they told us that there were no problems and that they did well in boarding.

We got them home and took them out of their carriers. The younger cat was traumatized. The older cat was half dead. He had lost a lot of weight and was down to just 4.8 pounds. He was severely dehydrated and couldn't walk. None of this was noticed by Bloomington Veterinary Hospital. They claimed that he had been alert and ate and drank sufficiently. When we called them to discuss my cats condition they said that we could bring him in to discuss end of life options.

Our cat declined throughout the night. He had no strength at all. In the morning we took him to College Mall Vet. They treated him with dignity. We had to put him to sleep.

I don't blame Bloomington Veterinary for making my cat sick, but I do hold them responsible for withholding care from a sick animal. I feel that he was neglected and abused, and that he suffered unnecessarily in the end because he was denied medical treatment.

I will never bring another pet to them for care.
