They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. i would not say it was dirty thier was nothing in the room or on the desk it looked like a unoccupied room
