With Lincare I have to place my oxygen orders every week. I can't place a standind order to be delivered every week. They say the reason is that they handle so many orders. It would seem to me that letting people place a standing order would reduce work load and simplify the process.

I do not know what has happened to Lincare as they used to be phenomenal. I called for supplies in August 2014. I was told my insurance would not cover until November. No problem. I'll wait. November, december, January came and went and no call nor supplies. My Dr. called in an order Feb 13,2015. I waited 2 weeks, No supplies, no call. I called them and they said sure, we will get them out to you. As of last weekend....nothing. So I called and left a message and the answering service ASSURED me I would get a call back. As of today 3/23/15, no call back , no supplies. gonna have to go elsewhere I guess. I NEED my CPAP supplies!
