Because you co was awarded the bid on supplying tens units and supplies to Medicare recipients , I personally called weeks ago to order my supplies. Prior to A-1 medical faxing over all the info needed fr the order fr my Dr. the approval for medical necessity from Medicare. After speaking with multiple car s over many weeks, I have been told by Holly your employee that my order had not even been worked on! She needs more training for sure. After waiting she informed me you don't have a med. necessity RX from my Dr of which she did not know ! Now I am on hold for another rep.! Felicias voice mail, fleet supply not available leave a message. I hope this is not how I will be treated in the future for other requests for medical equipment needs. Work for Medicaid prior approval DME and this is ridiculous.

What you charged Medicare n my supplemental insurance for a "cheap" wheelchair is a crime in my opinion.
