I never went in the office .Iam in a wheelchair and their office is at one ind of the complex and the ramp is around the back of the building a long................way from their office seems odd to me t ohave the office with the ramp like that .

They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. The parking situation at their office was ridiculous. I ended up having to pay for parking because there were no spots available near the office. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish.
