They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. However, I was told that the item I was ordering from them is one on which they lose money, and furthermore, that they no longer wanted business from our company if the item in question is all that we would order from them. Unfortunately, that particular item is the only one that we need from them, so I won't be doing business with them again.
