Over the past couple of years, I was always contacted to get all my needed supplies. Now, I have to go through the automated phone line and most don't speak good English nor do they understand what is needed. I wish it could go back to the system that works the best. My husband helps me with my hoses, water container, preparing travel by putting everything needed. We don't always remember when things are getting low and due to the fall weather it used 100% of the time. I called one day shy of getting a complete two week ahead for a 10 day stay for my daughters wedding. NO, They didn't care at all because I was told to put it in the car and drive 12 hours for a 10 day stay. If a wreck, my whole family was at risk. SAD!!! GO BACK TO NICE PEOPLE AND MAKE THOSE PHONE CAUSE MORE OFTEN THAN WE NEED TO CHECK YOUR EQUIPMENT. Ratings would've been a 6 but 2 is the best I can go this time.
Terrible service. It's hard to get a representative on the phone. Their delivery is not consistent at this writing. There are many competitors that provide the same service. I would consider them. We are in the process of getting away from this outfit.
