Super disappointed!!! I'm looking for a lift reclining chair and stopped at Superior Oxygen in West Reading. They had a great selection of lift chairs, but they were all for thin people. A dozen chairs and not one was a wide body chair. I was told they had one at the warehouse but none in the store. The salesman didn't offer to get the chair to the showroom so I could try it. I want to buy one, but I want to sit in one before I purchase it. The wide body chairs have a different density foam than the other chairs. Some of the features that are on the chairs for thin people are not available on the wide body chairs. I thought the older salesman was rude and not very well informed.

My name is Elizabeth DeJesus and I went into this store per doctor's orders to get an extra large heating pad. The front counter girl named Valerie laughed in my face and with her employees. She then said that it couldn't possibly exist. Then she did find it and then told me my medicaid didn't cover it. She was very rude and degrading and I felt humiliated. I will NEVER step foot in this place ever again! Then my son contacted the owner named Tom and he was equally as rude and offensive and hung up the phone on my son. Who do they think they are? Acting holier than thou when it's me who's paying for the product. I also go there for my oxygen supplies but never again. They are completely unprofessional and rude and negative people.
