We ordered a Wheel chair from this provider for a 90 year old woman with dementia prescribed by her physician
He asked for additional money $73.oo before AARP insurance and Medicare payments were received. He insisted that my wife sign papers?
We CANCELLED the order and yet he persisted in trying to get money from and Medicare and AARP.
AARP has contacted him for a refund.
We have contacted Medicare and they have suggested that he be investigated.
It is my opinion that he is preforming in a non ethical and illegal manor.
I fully intend to contact all authorities because I suspect he is scamming
older citizens.
If you have similar problems, you have the right to contact the BBB, State police, PA Attorney General, Medicare and your insurance Co.
