people in the store are nice and helpful.... but when I had to order a hospital bed for my 95 yr old mom... the process was tedious at best.I was told it would take 7-10 days and 2 months later I finally got the bed. The girl I was dealing with NEVER returned one phone call... even when I went in and talked to her in person ... she said she had to call my doctor and she would call me back to let me know what he said.... nope she didn't. I am in a business where I deal with people and I know how important it is to return a phone call.... it can make a world of difference in the outcome of a relationship. This store needs to learn the value of keeping good relationships with the clients.

I ordered a hospital bed for my 95 year old mother a week before her release from a rehab facility. I was told it would take 7-10 days... 2 months later .... my doctors office called and was told it was ready and they were going to call me that day to set up delivery. this was thursday... Monday - they still hadnt called so I called to set it up. The whole time I waited, the only communication I had was if I called them.... never ONE TIME did they call me to let me know about the progress, even after walking in and talking face to face with an employee who Promised to call me later that day after speaking with the doctor... I also ordered a half rail to go with the bed when I ordered the bed. Bed was delivered and no half rail... it was never ordered and here I sit more about a month later.... no rail no calls and when I called to check week before last, I was told it would "probably " arrive the following Tuesday... I called today and was told that there was no order for it.... FRUSTRATED and will not use this company again. There is no excuse for the terrible lack of communication and uncaring attitude I received from ASBURY . Even a phone call can go a long way to satisfy customers if there is a problem getting an order filled.
