The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect #fullname~this provider#. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. One thing that's been so annoying about #fullname|business~this provider#, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment.
