I would NOT recommend Bennet Medical Services. It took 2 times to get my portable oxygen system delivered. The 2nd time I was told they would not be here until 5:30 & when I arrived home at 5:15 the guy was already leaving until I stopped him. Also, I was never told I was buying this system. I thought I was renting it month to month. Now, I'm a proud OWNER of a portable oxygen system. I only used Bennett because of my insurance.
Absolutely terrible service, equipment (CPAP) stopped working, no resolution. Hit me with a surprise $540 6 months later (and had the nerve to threaten collections). Kept calling and having to leave a message that was never returned. Billing was rude and ridiculous to work with. I have began working with another company for my needs. My suggestions, RUN as far away from this company as possible, there is a lot of competition out there, you don't have to put up with this poor service!
