They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. The office was easy enough to find. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all.
Absolutely terrible service, equipment (CPAP) stopped working, no resolution. Hit me with a surprise $540 6 months later (and had the nerve to threaten collections). Kept calling and having to leave a message that was never returned. Billing was rude and ridiculous to work with. I have began working with another company for my needs. My suggestions, RUN as far away from this company as possible, there is a lot of competition out there, you don't have to put up with this poor service!
They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
