I have tried to obtain prescription supplies from this provider for over a year. Each time I call, I speak to a different person who says I must do specific things ( paperwork ; doctor visits). This never solves the problem. They don't seem to care (don't call back; impatient) . My pulmonologist makes excuses, but I can't change suppliers. But I can give them an unsatisfactory review, and suggest that if you have a choice, use another provider.

This is perhaps the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with! They are absolutely horrible, extremely bad customer care, and are a danger to the very patients they're supposed to serve. They arbitrarily decide how many oxygen cylinders a patient will receive, regardless of that patient's need. They do not communicate well, and some members of their "team" shouldn't be allowed to work with the general public, much less patients in need. Bottom line: They take a "so sue me" attitude if they don't want to serve you.
If you can, try to do business with another organization that actually cares about their patients. First Community Care is not that company.
